Water Damage – Tallahassee Fitness Center

Water damage hit this Tallahassee fitness center when the adjacent business had a pipe burst in the shared wall between the two facilities. The result for the fitness center was standing water left by the inflow of water from their neighbor. SERVPRO of North Leon County stands ready to respond to emergencies such as this 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Upon arrival to the project site, our trained and experienced crew would perform a thorough assessment and report it to the owner and their insurance company if necessary. An action plan would be developed for the approval of the owner. Once accepted, our crews would first move the equipment from the standing water and then suction the standing water from the facility. The subflooring dampness would be measured to determine if it had become too saturated requiring special treatment. Then the technicians would set up commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to help with the drying.
