Tallahassee Storm Damage

The rainwater from the storm in Tallahassee badly damaged the ceiling and wetted the flat roof of this home. SERVPRO applied structural drying team members quickly covered the busted up roof with tarps to keep out water and vermin. Raccoons love to enter attics, even flat-roof areas to escape the inclement weather. The demolition of the ceiling paneling was next on the list for the cleanup step in the storm damage and repair restoration process. The water that dropped to the floor was minimal and was quickly mopped up. Caution is needed during the demo because of the electrical damage to the ceiling light fixture.
